Xazar TV
Xazar TV, also spelled as Khazar TV is a public television channel in Azerbaijan. It was founded on February 2009 by Ahmad Gul, Turkish entrepreneur who had previously worked for Samanyolu TV of Turkey overseeing several big projects.
